Big Book Sale at the Barn

October was kind to the Fantaseeds as they settled in for a two-day event at Rowley's Red Barn during their Fall Festival. They felt right at home between the big red barn and the stretching apple orchard across the street.

Several attendees must have felt the connection between the Fantaseeds and the Red Barn as we were able to sell over 40 products.

I loved the responses of children being drawn to the characters: Cobble, Orswald, and Solanu, as well as thumbing through the books. I should have counted how many times someone said, "Can I get this, please!", but the experience was enough.

I appreciate all the support whether through sales, kind words, participation in the pumpkin counting contest, and the number of emails on the newsletter sign-up sheet.

Again, I want to thank all of you that have supported or shown interest in the Fantaseeds. This past weekend was the exact spark I needed to reignite my love for writing and illustrating them. Speaking of writing and illustrating - Orswald Patches Things Up certainly took longer than expected, but I wanted to share a story that I could be proud of for years to come. It is set to release, at the very least digitally, next month. Stay tuned via our social media accounts for the exact release date.

Reviews mean the world to an author. I would appreciate any Amazon or other site reviews where you are able. I want to know what my audience thinks and be able to continue to deliver products that meet your expectations and interests. That is exactly how Orswald Patches Things Up came about.

The next time I post it will be announcing Orswald's release date. Have a great rest of October everyone!
